Delivery of your Harrod Sport products

How much does it cost for my order to be delivered?

Due to the nature of our products our postage rates vary depending on the size and weight of the products. We will charge the highest value postage item in your order - the postage rates are clearly marked on the product pages throughout the website.

Why do you charge for delivery?

The post and packing charge cover the cost of processing, packaging, checking and finally delivering your goods. Every order we despatch is processed; the products then have to be picked from the warehouse and checked for quality; the goods are then packaged efficiently to ensure they arrive at their destination in pristine condition before finally being despatched.

Where do you deliver to?

Post and packaging costs quoted are for most of the UK mainland only. Offshore Islands and some parts of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland will incur higher delivery charges. Please call 01502 583515 (local rate) for a carriage quote. Delivery charges stated for long length items such as Football and Rugby Posts are not applicable to Devon, Cornwall and Wales. Please contact webcontact@harrod.uk.com for a quotation.

We are able to accept orders to be delivered to most parts of Europe, but unfortunately, you will not be able to place your order online. If you could kindly contact our Export team by email export@harrod.uk.com with details of your order, we will then be able to calculate the cost of carriage and take your order if acceptable.

For details of whether we can ship to other countries, again, please contact export@harrod.uk.com to see if we have the relevant shipping license and insurance to be able to send your order overseas.

How do I add a different delivery address?

You will be given the option to amend the delivery address at the check-out stage of your order.

If I am ordering several items, will they arrive at the same time?

All items which are in stock will be despatched at the same time.

Any out of stock goods will be marked 'to follow' on your invoice and will be sent as soon as we receive these from our suppliers.
